What is American Aussie Roots? Mix the gritty, soulful Southern Rock vocal of Cody Beebe, with the Tribal Roots Rock Guitar and Australian Didgeridoo from Blake Noble.

Cody Beebe and Blake Noble have been no secret to the Pacific Northwest music scene. Beebe, a Washington State resident, has toured extensively, nationally and internationally, developing a diehard following. Australian-born Noble was an instrumental breath of fresh air when he arrived in Seattle in 2012. Also an accomplished worldwide touring musician, his distinctive percussive guitar and skilled Didgeridoo blended with American folk, blues and funk caught the attention of waves of new fans, as well as Cody Beebe.

Rust on the Rails’ first full length album, Talisman, was recorded in a studio in Cle Elum and produced by Seth Paul, NBC’s The Voice star Austin Jenckes, and Rust on the Rails. All string arrangements were done by Andrew Joslyn (notable collaborations include working with Macklemore and Ryan Lewis, Ivan and Alyosha, Kris Orlowski and more). The album was engineered by Seth Paul, mixed by Brandon Busch and mastered by Chris Hanzsek. Songs were written by Cody Beebe and Blake Noble, and all songs were co-written by Austin Jenckes (except “Foolish Pride, which was co-written by Seattle musician Nick Foster).
